We offer exchanges on all Local/In store purchases within 14 days of purchase.

If a suitable replacement cannot be found at the time of exchange, an in store credit (that never expires) will be issued in form of a gift card.

We will do everything in our power to ship orders as fast as possible. Once we release your parcel to our trusted couriers via Canada Post and UPS we no longer have control over wait times.
